Eminova Capital and Investments, LLC
Eminova Capital & Investments, LLC ("ECI") realizes that the world is changing rapidly and therefore the need for, and access to creative, patient capital that respects the needs of international markets is paramount in order to be competitive on a global scale. ECI's philosophy is "The triple bottom line" (TBL). TBL is a theory that recommends companies to commit to social and environmental concerns just as they do on profits. That instead of one bottom line, there should be three: profit, people, and the planet. TBL seeks to gauge a corporation's level of commitment to corporate social responsibility and its impact on the environment over time. Triple Bottom Line Investing (TBLI) benefits investor, environment, and society. A big part of TBLI is Impact Investing, dealing with illiquid investment (e.g. private equity, project finance, real estate).
ECI believes capital and opportunities are global and should no longer adhere to the whims and wishes of traditional and stagnant investment advisory firms. ECI was created by entrepreneurs for forward looking people and companies. ECI facilitates security and commodity transactions, funding, refinancing, and financial advisory.
We help companies raise funds using Security Token Offering. We also specialize in cross border capital introduction.
